Leaving a high-flying job in banking, Jun took a job developing talents, across industries, in a management consulting firm. She quickly realised that IQ wasn’t the only thing separating the talented professionals from those who struggled. Today, she will share with us how design thinking has helped one of her client organisations to uncover human insights and identify opportunities for innovation.
Jun has led design research projects in both private, public and social services sectors. Jun believes that good design can change the world and impact communities for good. Her primary gerontological research interest is in the area of end-of-life care and managing transitions in the context of lifespan human development.
